Paul Appoh is a professional athlete who has been training people since 1998. He has been a competitive sprinter since the age of 17 and has trained with some of the top coaches and athletes in Europe. It is this wealth of experience that has given Paul invaluable inside knowledge that is not taught in the classroom. Combined with his qualifications in sport and exercise science, Paul is a formidable trainer with a loyal client base.

Paul believes that physical health is essential for mental health and well-being. He also firmly believes that everyone can achieve his or her goals, regardless of age or disability.
